Cari Intelligence respects your privacy and uses the information you provide only for legitimate business purposes.

Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and the information you include in your message. We also receive limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information submitted through the website to:
- Respond to questions and requests.
- Evaluate whether Cari Intelligence may be a good fit for your organization.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security, form protection, email routing, and privacy-first website analytics. These providers may process limited information on our behalf to provide those services. Cari Intelligence does not sell personal information or use contact-form information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed not to collect or use visitors' personal data and does not use cookies or local storage for its usage metrics.
Google Workspace data
The owner-only Cari Intelligence Command Center may connect to the owner's Google Drive and Google Sheets account using read-only authorization. It uses that access only to locate and read approved Cari Intelligence business records and to return source-grounded results with links back to the authoritative Google files.
The Command Center does not use Google authorization to create, edit, delete, move, or share Drive files. It does not enable public or employee access, copy authoritative business records into a competing source of truth, sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted runtime secrets, retrieved source content is processed only to answer the owner's request, and application logs exclude source content and credentials.
Cari Intelligence's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The owner may revoke the Command Center's access at any time through the security settings of the connected Google Account.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Use the contact form to make a request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
