What to Expect

Building the operating system for your business.

We do not sit you down and make you recite your whole business. We build most of it from the information you already have—then you correct what we got wrong.

The point of this.

A lot of what a business does every day—answering questions, writing proposals, sending reminders—depends on someone remembering the details or starting from scratch. Cari Intelligence puts that knowledge into a system you can use repeatedly.

1

You send us what exists

Contracts, invoices, insurance documents, customer or vendor contacts, proposals, spreadsheets—whatever already exists. Messy is fine. We build from these before we ever talk.

~15 min
2

One sit-down with us

The main interview. We come with questions based on your documents. We map your accounts and people, decode your shorthand, and walk through how a normal day actually works.

~1 hour
3

Check our work on your phone

Where the system inferred something, you confirm it or fix it. Nothing important should become authoritative simply because the system guessed it.

~10 min
4

Voice memos, your schedule

The things no document shows—how you price, what deserves escalation, how you handle exceptions—can be captured in quick voice notes whenever it is convenient.

As you go
5

Your team

Short sessions with anyone else who is key to how the business runs. You do not need to sit in on every conversation.

Minimal owner time

Then, at the end

You review what was built and tell us where we are wrong—that is often where the most useful knowledge surfaces. Then the system is introduced to the people who need to use it.

Your pricing stays yours

Pricing logic, margins, per-account profitability, and how you win business can remain in a restricted owner-only layer. Your team sees the procedures and tasks they need—not necessarily your economics.

Total time from you: about 3–4 hours.

Spread across roughly five weeks, with much of it handled through quick confirmations and voice memos on your schedule. Only about one hour is a formal sit-down.

You run the business. We build around it.
